Why choose us

Why choose us

The edge between building and breaking your performance runs inside your body. It's the one thing your data can't see.

We're currently accepting athletes in early access waves.

We read what the training is doing inside you and show you which side of the edge you're on. You push when you're absorbing it. We make sure it counts.

We turn your race date into a plan your biology can sustain.

Your results never stand alone. We read them against your training load and your own sense of how the block went.

Set your race date. We map the phases your body should move through to peak on the day.

FAQ.

FAQ.

Got questions? We’ve got answers. Here’s everything you need to know about working with us.

Do I have to go to a clinic for the blood test?

No. You test at home with a CE-certified kit that uses a small capillary blood sample — no needles in a vein, no appointment. You follow the instructions, then mail it back in the prepaid packaging to our certified partner lab.

Does it hurt?

The kit collects blood from the surface of your skin rather than a deep vein draw, so most people find it quick and near-painless — closer to a firm press than a jab.

How is this different from my Garmin / Apple Watch / Whoop?

Your wearable estimates recovery and readiness from signals like heart rate and HRV. We measure what's actually happening inside your body with lab-grade blood work — and then reads it alongside your wearable data, so you get the full picture instead of a proxy.

How often do I test?

A typical season includes around three tests, timed to your training: a baseline at season start, a mid-build check when iron and energy tend to quietly erode and a pre-race check to see whether you're absorbing the work or overreaching. We tell you when each one matters based on your race date.

What happens to my health data?

Your data is yours. It's stored securely on EU-based infrastructure, used only to generate your insights, and never shared without your explicit, specific consent. You'll see a clear privacy notice and consent flow before anything is processed.
